EasExplore Pods are private, air-conditioned capsules designed for travellers who don’t need a full-day room – they just need a few hours of calm. Each pod comes with a comfortable bed, charging ports, storage space and soft lighting, so you can sleep, work or just disconnect between journeys.
Instead of paying for 24 hours, guests pay only for the time they actually stay. Our pod clusters will be placed at high-footfall locations like New Delhi Railway Station, airport zones and corporate hubs, so your room is always where you already are.
Today, a traveller who reaches early, has a long layover, or just needs a quick shower has only two options: overpriced hotel rooms or crowded waiting areas. Both are uncomfortable, unsafe and expensive for short stays.
EasExplore Pods fix this by offering:
We’re building the bridge between “I just need a few hours” and “I have a room whenever I need one”.
EasExplore is led by Rishu Raj, who grew up inside hospitality. At just 13 years old, he started working at his family’s property, The Red Carmine Hotel, handling guests, check-ins, night shifts and all the small on-ground problems most founders only read about.
Those years taught him how tiring long travel days can be — guests arriving early, late-night check-outs, people needing a bed only for a few hours but paying for a full day. That frustration led to one core question: “Why isn’t there a clean, private pod where you can just pay for the hours you actually stay?”
Rishu then taught himself full-stack development and started building EasExplore Pods — a tech-first short-stay system with smart pods, an online booking platform, partner dashboards and automated operations, all designed around real traveller behaviour instead of traditional hotel rules.
His journey is backed by structured learning too — he has completed the ASPIRE program at AIC GGSIPU, been selected for the SPARK cohort at AIC GGSIPU, and is pursuing Entrepreneurship from E&ICT Academy, IIT Kanpur. This mix of on-ground experience + tech + formal entrepreneurship training is what shapes EasExplore’s vision for India’s pod network.
Every feature we ship today is built from a real guest story — long waits at stations, delayed trains, early-morning arrivals — with one promise: a comfortable, private pod exactly when you need it, and only for the hours you actually use.

We’re starting with pod clusters near New Delhi Railway Station and then scaling to other major transit and corporate locations. Each cluster is fully tech-enabled – from QR-based entry and digital KYC to real-time occupancy dashboards for partners.
EasExplore is built with a FOCO style model – partners invest in pods, and we handle operations, technology and demand. Owners see their space turning into a predictable revenue stream, while travellers finally get a clean, affordable and honest short-stay option.
Long term, the goal is simple: whenever someone in India needs a few hours of rest or focus, an EasExplore Pod is always within reach.
