1. Booking & Cancellation Policy

Users can book rooms on EasExplore via our platform. Cancellations are eligible for a full refund only if done before 6:00 AM on the day of check-in.

2. Refund Policy

If cancellation is made after 6:00 AM on the booking date, refund will not be issued. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

3. Data Usage & Personalization

We use your data to improve our platform and personalize your experience. This includes stay preferences, past bookings, feedback, and location data.

4. Property Availability Transfer

If the booked property becomes unavailable due to overbooking, EasExplore will shift your booking to a verified nearby hotel of equal or higher standard at no additional cost.

5. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully and comply with hotel policies. EasExplore and the hotel reserve the right to cancel or deny service in case of misconduct.

6. Partner Rules

Hotel partners must honor all bookings generated via EasExplore and maintain quality standards. Listings may be suspended for policy violations.

7. Unique to EasExplore – Traveler Memory Cloud

We offer a system that remembers your stay preferences, amenities, and food choices so you enjoy better service in future bookings — private, encrypted, and only accessible to verified hotel staff.

8. Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of Delhi High Court and are subject to Indian law. Arbitration may be conducted online or in-person if needed.

9. Unique Feature – Fraud Insight Engine

EasExplore uses a backend AI system to detect patterns of fraud by staff or guests. This includes booking manipulations, duplicate logins, or abnormal reviews, ensuring platform integrity.
