These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the booking platform, pod facilities, services and websites operated by EasExplore Pods (“Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”). By booking or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

1. Booking & Service Eligibility

• Users must be 18 years or older to book a pod. Younger users must be accompanied by an adult.
• A booking is confirmed only upon successful payment and receipt of booking ID / confirmation message.
• Valid government ID may be required for compliance at certain pod locations.

2. Check-In, Access & Duration

• Pods are accessible only during the booked time duration.
• Access is enabled only through digital / QR verification.
• Guests exceeding their stay duration may be charged based on hourly pricing and pod availability.

3. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave responsibly. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Smoking, alcohol or illegal substances inside pod premises
• Damage to pod property or safety systems
• Loud noise, disturbance or harassment of other guests or staff
• Bringing unauthorized individuals into the pod area

Violation of these rules may result in immediate removal from the premises without refund and potential financial penalties.

4. Personal Belongings

• Guests are responsible for their belongings during the stay.
• EasExplore Pods is not liable for loss or theft of luggage, electronics or personal items.

5. Service Interruptions & Operational Control

In the event of safety risks, maintenance issues or regulatory restrictions, the Company reserves the right to cancel or restrict access to pods. Alternative booking adjustment or refund may be offered as per our Refund Policy.

6. Pricing & Payment

• Rates vary based on pod type, duration, location and demand.
• Taxes and platform fees may apply.
• All payments must be completed digitally before access is granted.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

All bookings are strictly governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy of EasExplore Pods. Bookings are 100% non-refundable and non-adjustable once confirmed.

8. Platform Usage

• Users agree not to misuse the booking platform or attempt unauthorized access.
• Usage of bots, scripts or data extraction is strictly prohibited.
• The Company may suspend access where fraudulent or abusive activity is detected.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasExplore Pods shall not be held liable for:

• Indirect, incidental or consequential loss
• Loss due to transport delays or modified travel plans
• Technical errors beyond our reasonable control

10. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
