11. Guest Booking & Cancellation Policies
1. Cancellation & Refunds
- Full Refund: Cancel before 6:00 AM on the day of check-in to get a full refund.
- No Refund: Cancellations made after 6:00 AM on the check-in date will not be refunded.
- Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- Note: Refunds exclude non-refundable payment gateway charges (if any).
2. Property Availability Guarantee

If the hotel you booked is sold out due to overbooking or operational issues, EasExplore will automatically transfer your booking to a nearby verified property of equal or better quality at no extra cost.

3. Personalization via Traveler Memory Cloud

EasExplore remembers your previous bookings, stay preferences, favorite amenities, food choices, and feedback using a secure internal tool called Traveler Memory Cloud.
